 Formulation and Consultations

• Choose the service you need and book. Make sure that you read the full description and ensure you leave yourself enough time to get veterinary history sent to us if appropriate. 

​

• If you have booked a clinical formulation, please also ask your vet to send us full veterinary history. To ensure continuity of care, we cannot proceed with clinical formulation until veterinary history has been received.

​

• We will send you a Zoom link for your consult. Usually these are sent just before the consultation time so please do not worry if you don't see one in your email until just before your consultation time. (If you prefer a telephone consult please note this in your booking notes).

• Dr Charlotte Gray MA hons VetMB MRCVS will formulate your recipe and email it to you. Turnaround times are generally within 2 working days but are often quicker. A copy is always sent to your vet if the formulation is for a medical reason.​
