Follow-Up Nutrition Consultation This consultation is for reassessment and adjustment of an existing nutrition plan previously developed by Companion Nutrition. It is not suitable for creating new formulations or reviewing plans developed elsewhere. Consult May Include: Updating recipes (e.g. ingredient changes, calorie adjustments) Exploring suitable commercial diet alternatives Adjusting the plan for disease progression (e.g. advancing renal disease)* *Note: Not suitable for cases involving newly diagnosed conditions. A full consult report is provided, and medical cases are reported to your vet. Follow up advice is not generally included with the exception of enquiries relating directly to the consultation report (e.g. supplement unavailable or clarification of report content). Medical History Requirement: Updated veterinary history must be received prior to the consultation to ensure safe and appropriate care.
