(Online) Follow Up Consultation
For pets that have had previous consults with me in the past 3 months
Service Description
This consult is intended to offer reassessment and alterations of a pre-existing nutritional treatment plan. The pre-existing nutritional plan should be one formulated with us, and not one formulated by another group or individual. Examples of what this consult could involve: - Discuss and update recipes (e.g. to change an ingredient, to alter calorie densities, or to alter other aspects of a diet. This consultation is not suitable for those who require a completely new formulation - To discuss alternate or additional commercial foods that could be used in addition to or instead of always having to home cook. - To discuss advancing stage of disease (e.g. renal failure stage has advanced). This service is not suitable when additional diseases have been diagnosed. This list is not exhaustive. If you aren't sure whether this service is suitable for you, please drop us an email at charlotte.gray@companionnutrition.co.uk. This service does include reasonable follow up as with normal formulations - for example altering supplement brands or calories if required for up to 3 months. A full report is provided for any consult, and for all medical cases history is sent to your vet. Please remember that for any medical case we will require up to date medical history sent PRIOR to the consult date so that we can ensure we treat your pet safely and appropriately.
